Heat treatment process of crankshaft
The approximate processing route of the crankshaft is forging → normalizing → machining → stress relief annealing → hardening and tempering → surface heat treatment (high frequency hardening + low temperature tempering). Among them, normalizing is the preliminary heat treatment stage, and then it may be necessary to perform stress relief annealing, and high-frequency hardening and low temperature tempering of the hardening and tempering and surface heat treatment are the final heat treatment stages. In the final heat treatment stage, surface heat treatment, that is, high frequency hardening and low temperature tempering, is required to increase surface hardness and wear resistance.
 

Independently hanging induction coil
The crankshaft hardening series machine tools are suitable for the hardening of various crankshafts. The heating and cooling process parameters of each induction coil can be set independently. The machine tool uses a special thin transformer and power pulse distribution technology to ensure that the hardening layer in the circumferential direction of each hardening part is consistent. The independent induction coil suspension technology and crankshaft clamping assist technology can be used for hardening a variety of crankshaft products, reducing deformation of the crankshaft after hardening.
 

Intelligent Control System
The crankshaft hardening equipment is controlled by the CNC system and can be equipped with a dedicated parameter management, monitoring and recording system to realize the query of process parameters and historical data of the quenched product.
